Ok, so here is my theory. There’s black people, and niggers. Black people, are just black people, niggers are the annoying ones. Same with Hispanics and beaners/wetbacks, Asians and chinks, etc. Its not racist, I’m not singling out a whole race, just people of that race that are particularly frustrating or annoying.
